About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is an Japanese Education Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Teacher for Kaigo (Open for Fresh Graduates).
Job Responsibilities:
Teach Japanese language, SSW-related subjects, and other relevant lessons according to the learning program
Guide and support students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills
Provide counseling and guidance for students facing academic, learning, behavioral, or personal challenges
Support the job matching process, including interview preparation and communication with prospective employers
Plan and coordinate school activities and events together with teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders
Maintain effective communication and coordination with students' parents regarding academic progress, attendance, and development
Develop, evaluate, and improve the Japanese language curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methods
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering student performance, learning progress, and KPI achievement
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Min. Diploma's degree
Min. Conversational Japanese (own N3 certificate) & Basic English proficiency
Good work ethics and willingness to learn, Polite demeanor with strong communication skills, confidence
