SPECIALIST SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS

(National - Site Based)

This role plays a critical part in protecting company people, assets, operations, and reputation by conducting professional investigations into security incidents, policy violations, and other assigned cases across a complex mining environment.

Some of your duties will include:

·       Conduct security investigations related to incidents, misconduct, theft, asset loss, policy violations, fraud, and other security-related matters.

·       Perform case assessment, initial verification, and investigation planning.

·       Gather, analyze, and preserve evidence while ensuring proper chain of custody.

·       Conduct interviews and fact-finding activities with relevant stakeholders.

·       Analyze information and identify root causes, contributing factors, and potential risks.

·       Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.

·       Ensure all investigations are conducted objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

·       Collaborate with Human Capital, Legal, Compliance, HSE, Operations, and other stakeholders as required.

·       Support risk mitigation initiatives and recommend improvements to security controls.

·       Monitor investigation trends and contribute to continuous improvement programs throughout the organization.

What skills and experience do you need?

·       Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Security Management, Psychology, Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Valid Gada Utama Certification; Security Investigation competency or related investigation training/certification; Valid Driver's License (SIM A)

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Investigations, Corporate Security, Law Enforcement, Compliance Investigations, Intelligence, or related fields; Experience in mining, energy, oil & gas, or other large industrial operations is highly desirable.

·       Proven experience in conducting investigations and preparing investigation reports.

·       Have competencies in Security investigation and interviewing techniques; Evidence collection and preservation; Investigation report writing; Root cause analysis and problem-solving; Risk assessment and incident management.

·       High integrity and ethical standards; Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic mining environment.

·       Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (Microsoft Office applications, etc)

Working Location             : Site Based -  West Sumbawa

Working Schedule            :Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
