Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Officers to achieve individual and team financing targets.
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, and Heavy Equipment financing portfolio.
Acquire new corporate customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients, dealers, vendors, and strategic business partners.
Monitor sales pipeline, business performance, and financing portfolio to ensure sustainable growth and portfolio quality.
Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk Management, and Collection teams to ensure efficient financing processes and sound credit quality.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Heavy Equipment, or Corporate Financing within a multi-finance company or banking industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team or supervising Account Officers.
Strong business network with dealers, distributors, logistics companies, transportation companies, contractors, mining companies, or other corporate clients.
Proven track record in achieving business development and financing targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of commercial financing products, credit assessment, and portfolio management.
Target-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a dynamic business environment.
