About the role
Rika Spa is growing and opening opportunities for experienced Spa Therapists who are friendly, disciplined, and have the spirit to develop with our team. We are looking for candidates who not only have good treatment skills, but are also able to provide professional service and make every guest feel comfortable.
Key responsibilities
Perform various types of body massage according to Rika Spa standards
Perform facial treatment
Perform waxing treatment
Perform manicure & pedicure
Perform eyelash extensions
Provide friendly and professional service to every guest
Maintain cleanliness of treatment area, equipment, and work environment
Follow SOP and Rika Spa service standards
Participate in training and skills development provided
About you
Experience as a Spa Therapist / Beauty Therapist
Proficiency in body massage
Ability in facial, waxing, manicure & pedicure
Eyelash extensions ability is an added value
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and hardworking
Friendly with good attitude
Able to work individually and in a team
Basic English language ability to communicate with guests
Willing to learn and improve skills
Willing to participate in training required by Rika Spa
Benefits
Total income up to Rp7,000,000 per month, consisting of: base salary, meal allowance, monthly commission, performance-based incentives & bonuses
