REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Has worked at a company in the EPC, Energy, Power, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, BESS, Data Center, or Solar Power Plant sectors.
Strong Leadership, Business Development Skill and Experience, Project Development Experience, & Presentation Skill.
Negotiation Skill and Financial Analysis
7–15 years of experience. Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Entrepreneurial, Curious, Self-Motivated, Self-Confident, Team Player, Comfortable Working with Chinese Companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential investment opportunities.
Develop new business opportunities in the property market, specifically project divison.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key projects.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment pitches for top management.
Monitor project performance, business growth, and market developments to recommend strategic improvements.
Establish and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
