We're hiring Tender Manager with qualifications below :
Barchelor Degree of Naval/ Marine Engineering, Business Management or Law.
Have strong Negotiation skill.
At least 8 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management, specifically within the offshore, or oil & gas industries.
Possess sound knowledge of the technical and operational specifications of offshore support vessels (AHT, AHTS and Barge).
Proficiency in interpreting complex tender documents, including Terms of Reference (ToR), Scope of Work (SoW), and commercial contract clauses.
Capable of identifying potential operational, legal, and financial risks within tender contract clauses (e.g., charterparty terms, indemnity, liability, force majeure).
Understanding the PTK-007 regulation and its latest revisions.
Capable of preparing simulations of vessel operating costs (including fuel, mob-demob, insurance, and crew allowances).
Actively participate in technical and commercial clarification sessions with clients, and support the final contract negotiation process alongside senior management and the legal team.
Fluently in English.
Placement in Jakarta (Kuningan).
