We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Chef De Partie to oversee a specific section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate must be technically proficient in kitchen operations and experienced in using digital management systems.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3-5 years as a Demi CDP or CDP.
System Proficiency: Must be proficient in ESB for stock management, inventory tracking, and daily kitchen reporting.
Location: Preferably domiciled in Tangerang or Jakarta.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of section management, food safety (HACCP), and high-volume food production.
Leadership: Ability to lead a small team of Commis chefs and ensure consistent quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute daily operations for a specific kitchen section.
Monitor and record stock levels, waste, and transfers using the ESB system.
Ensure all dishes leaving the section meet the restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene regulations.
Assist the Sous Chef/Executive Chef in recipe testing and inventory control.
