Role Description
We are currently seeking a professional English Karen (Sgaw/Sgow) interpreter for an upcoming short remote assignment. The selected interpreter will provide accurate and culturally sensitive consecutive interpretation during a school meeting between a teacher and a student.

Responsibilities
Provide clear and accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Karen (Sgaw/Sgow).

Ensure cultural nuances and meaning are conveyed accurately and appropriately.
Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Karen (Sgaw/Sgow) and English.
Proven experience in consecutive interpretation, preferably in educational or community settings.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote interpretation platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
