Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Health (S.KM), Nursing (S.Kep), or Communication/Marketing with a strong background in the medical industry.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Physician Relations or Medical Representative role within pharmaceutical/medical device companies, Hospital Liaison, or B2B Healthcare Marketing.
Proven track record of achieving visit targets and growing partnership networks.
Possesses an existing database or network mapping of independent practicing physicians, clinics, Puskesmas (Public Health Centers), insurance companies, and insurance agents.
Hospital Operations & Referral Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical referral flows (for self-pay/out-of-pocket patients, private insurance, and BPJS) as well as basic healthcare partnership regulations.
Ability to design and execute scientific events such as Medical Symposia, CME (Continuing Medical Education), or Referring Physician Gatherings.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to analyze referral patient trends, visit coverage, and calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) of partnership initiatives.
Holds a valid Driver's License (SIM A / SIM C) and is willing to conduct routine field visits.
Strong Interpersonal & Personal Attributes (Soft Skills).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
