Warehouse Staff

About the role

Warehouse Coordinator role responsible for maintaining data accuracy between physical inventory and recording systems, overseeing inbound and outbound operations including receiving, inspection, staging, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, ensuring timely distribution to production lines and external customers, coordinating across departments (Production, PPIC, Purchasing, QC, Logistics) to keep operational supply chains moving efficiently, and upholding warehouse safety, organization, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 100% data accuracy between physical inventory and the recording system

• Oversee the receiving, inspection, staging, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, ensuring timely distribution to production lines and external customers

• Ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination (Production, PPIC, Purchasing, QC, Logistics) to keep operational supply chains moving efficiently

• Uphold warehouse safety, organization, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance

About you

• Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in any major

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment

• Good communication with English (spoken and written) and coordination skills with other departments

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo for tracking stock movements, issuing goods, and reconciling inventory

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data matching) to perform stock audits, track daily receiving/dispatch logs, and calculate inventory variance

• Basic knowledge of 5S/KAIZEN principles, ISO standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) guidelines for safe warehouse operations
