Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Data Analysis, Manufacturing Analyst, or a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, basic formulas); knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Familiar with ERP and production data management systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production KPIs, and inventory data.

• Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Job Description

• Collect, validate, and analyze production data to support operational performance monitoring and business decision-making.

• Develop and maintain production dashboards and reports, including productivity, OEE, downtime, waste, defects, and lead time.

• Monitor production KPIs and identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of production data across all reporting systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide data-driven insights.

• Support root cause analysis by providing accurate production data and performance analysis.

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production performance and recommending corrective actions.

• Maintain documentation related to production data, reports, and performance metrics.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
