Process Engineer Assembly or coating

About the role

This role involves planning the vehicle / heavy equipment assembly process route, compiling work instructions, and optimizing assembly workflows to enhance efficiency. You will lead process validation during the prototype phase for new vehicle models, resolve on-site assembly issues, and implement technical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the vehicle assembly process route, compile work instructions, and optimize assembly workflows to enhance efficiency

• Lead process validation during the prototype phase for new vehicle models

• Resolve on-site assembly issues and implement technical improvements

• Collaborate with R&D and Quality departments to optimize tooling and fixture designs, ensuring assembly precision meets technical standards

• Monitor production line cycle times and capacity data, analyze bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement measures

• Conduct training on new processes and provide on-site technical guidance to ensure standardized and compliant execution of production operations

About you

• Extensive experience in on-site technical management and industrial engineering design

• Familiarity with manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization

• Knowledge of local manufacturing regulations in Indonesia is preferred

• Proficiency in reading and writing English

• Mastery of design software such as AutoCAD and Creo

• Proficiency in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to use English as a working language

• Meticulous and rigorous work style with strong organizational, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

• Active English communication skills (written and spoken)
