Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Mexico

We're growing our customer service teams across Mexico!

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are ready to put their skills to work supporting growing US-based customer support operations.

If you have strong English communication skills, previous US BPO or call center experience, and you're confident working in a fast-paced customer service environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a fully remote opportunity, giving experienced customer service professionals across Mexico the chance to join international teams while working from home.

?Compensation

• $5.50 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent Contract
• Training paid in full

Technical Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors
• Webcam and Headset
• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365
