1. Handle import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers
3. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery
4. Prepare and manage customs clearance documents
5. Communicate with overseas customers and suppliers in Indonesia/English
6. Support inventory, logistics, and shipping operations
7. Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements related to import/export activities
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export or logistics operations, (minimum Diploma - Bachelor's degree)
2. Good understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and international shipping
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with customs systems and shipping documentation
