WE ARE HIRING: INTERNAL AUDITOR Location: Parañaque City (Requires regular travel to project/field sites)

Are you an investigative professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? Do you excel at reviewing transactions, assessing risks, and verifying field assets?

We are looking for a highly ethical Internal Auditor to lead our on-site and operational audits. In this role, you will go beyond the spreadsheets to physically verify project accomplishments, identify process gaps, and help safeguard our company’s internal controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Site Field Audits: Conduct regular field audits of ongoing and completed projects to verify physical conditions, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Transaction & Record Review: Inspect project expenses, purchases, cash advances, liquidations, and inventory records for strict accuracy and compliance.
• Asset Verification: Perform physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies between actual stock and recorded balances.
• Risk & Control Assessment: Evaluate internal controls, flag operational risks, and pinpoint process gaps or irregularities.
• Evidence & reporting: Gather objective audit evidence through interviews and testing, and prepare concise reports for management.
• Corrective Action Tracking: Partner with team leaders to implement improvements and monitor the resolution of audit findings.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in internal/external audit, compliance, operations, or project auditing.
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in construction, engineering, fire protection, or a similar field is a huge plus.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced Excel) with strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Traits: Uncompromising integrity, high level of confidentiality, objective judgment, and sharp attention to detail.
• Mobility: Fully willing to travel regularly to various project sites and company locations.
