Schedule

Full-Time: Monday to FridayHours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPsProvide GoHighLevel technical support, including:Integrating Zoom accountsAssisting with phone verification issuesSupport Facebook Ads–related inquiries, including:Setting up Facebook Business ManagerCreating and managing ad accountsAnswering basic ad system questionsCommunicate with clients and internal teams via Discord

Required Skills & Experience

Expert-level experience with GoHighLevelStrong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accountsPrevious experience in customer onboarding or customer supportExcellent spoken and written English (very good accent required)Detail-oriented, reliable, and professionalComfortable working with offshore teams

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
