Brief job description:
Build and maintain relationships with Loyalty Program members through regular engagement and personal communications
Support member participation in exclusive events and promotions
Handle inquiries and special requests, and ensure complaints are resolved promptly to enhance overall member satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
2 - 4 year of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty Program/Membership Program or luxury retail, premium hospitality, and/or high-end customer service
Exposure to handling VIP/high value clients is highly preferred
Knowledge in organizing exclusive events or curated customer experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in handling sensitive situations with professional discretion, diplomacy, and utmost confidentiality
Service-oriented mindset with attention to details, high sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury lifestyle trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking & reporting)
Willing to work with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
