Managing daily office operations ;Oversee day-to-day administrative activities t o ensure the office functions efficiently, including monitoring schedules, office supplies, facility needs, and general workplace organization.
Providing administrative support ; Assist management and staff with clerical and operational tasks such as preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and responding to inquiries.
Coordinating with internal teams ; Act a s a liaison between departments to support communication, align priorities, track task progress, and ensure collaboration runs smoothly across all functions.
Handling documentation ; Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital records, including reports, contracts, invoices, and confidential files, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows ; Identify process improvements, implement administrative procedures, and support problem-solving initiatives to enhance productivity and maintain a well-structured working environment.
Supporting financial and procurement processes ; Assist with budgeting and expense tracking, process purchase requests, verify invoices, and maintain records o f office expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
