The Administrative Assistant serves as the operational backbone of Studio Kamusta. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming studio environment, bridging the gap between daily workspace logistics and exceptional client coordination to ensure seamless creative operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Studio Operations: Overseeing the daily tidiness, organization, and general upkeep of the physical creative space.
- Client & Schedule Management: Greeting visitors, handling client inquiries, and managing the studio’s booking calendar.
- Logistics & Inventory: Tracking office and studio supplies, managing incoming deliveries, and maintaining digital files.
- Financial & Team Support: Handling basic data entry, managing petty cash/receipt tracking, and providing hands-on assistance to the creative team during busy production days.
