Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Lead who is not only capable of producing high-quality creative work but also able to develop data-driven creative strategies that consistently generate high-performing and viral content.
This role will lead the creative team, refine content strategies based on performance insights, and ensure every creative output supports the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business, marketing, and branding objectives.
Translate marketing goals into compelling creative concepts with strong viral potential.
Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation, production, execution, to optimization.
Build and refine repeatable content frameworks that consistently deliver strong performance across social media platforms.
Analyze content performance and continuously improve creative strategies based on data and audience insights.
Develop creative concepts using consumer psychology, storytelling, trend analysis, and platform best practices.
Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct post-mortem analysis on every campaign to identify why content succeeds or fails.
Oversee the production of digital content, advertising creatives, social media campaigns, branding materials, and other marketing assets.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure creative execution aligns with business goals.
Manage project timelines, priorities, resource allocation, and creative quality standards.
Mentor and develop designers, video editors, copywriters, photographers, and other creative team members.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative, Branding, Social Media, Content Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a creative team.
Proven experience developing successful organic and paid social media campaigns.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, creative strategy, and content development.
Mandatory Portfolio
Applicants must submit a portfolio that demonstrates:
Viral social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, or similar platforms).
Campaigns achieving high-performing metrics such as:
100K+ views
1M+ views (preferred)
High engagement rate
High share rate
Strong audience retention
Explanation of campaign objectives, creative strategy, execution, results, and lessons learned.
Ability to explain why a campaign succeeded based on data and audience behavior—not simply because it gained views.
