Senior Product Manager

Mobee is an OJK-licensed crypto exchange in Indonesia. Our vision is to give all individuals and institutions access to high-quality investment solutions normally available only to experienced investors.

You are the product leader for that promise: you set the vision and roadmap for how Indonesians invest and trade with us, and you own the experience end to end, the user-facing product and the systems beneath it, from order flow and execution to the liquidity, limits, and risk controls around them. You write the specs, evaluation documents, drive delivery with engineering and design, and own the outcomes after launch.

What You'll Do:

1. Own the product lifecycle — Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, delivery, launches, and scaling.
2. Drive product strategy & outcomes — Translate company goals into measurable product outcomes and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
3. Lead trading & investment products — Own the end-to-end trading journey across Spot Trading, AutoInvest, Flexi Earn, Grid Bot, RWA, Perpetual Futures, AI products, and Trading API.
4. Use data & customer insights — Leverage user research, product data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, design experiments, and measure impact.
5. Build within a regulated environment — Drive product requirements across KYC, AML, custody, limits, reporting, and third-party integrations while working closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
6. Collaborate & lead — Align cross-functional teams, communicate priorities and trade-offs, improve product processes, and mentor junior Product Managers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven operating experience. At least one production product, with real users, where you held measurable outcome accountability and can show what moved. We assess that evidence rather than years served; in practice most people who clear this bar have around five years in product management.
2. Working knowledge of exchange and trading mechanics and of blockchain concepts.
3. Able to run your own discovery and analysis, through user research, AI, and visualization tools.
4. Experience shipping in a regulated environment alongside Legal, Compliance, and Operations, including controlled rollouts and incident response.
5. Experience managing product dependencies on third-party vendors or partners.
6. Technically fluent enough to scope feasibility with engineers as a peer.
7. AI fluency. You use AI tools in your daily working practice and can demonstrate that in a structured exercise.
8. Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
