Anda akan berperan penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan revenue perusahaan melalui akuisisi klien baru, pengelolaan pipeline yang solid, serta kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dalam transaksi B2B.



Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan (Scope of Work): 

1. Target Penjualan & Closing Deal

  • Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pencapaian target penjualan (revenue driven).
  • Secara aktif melakukan prospecting dan membuka peluang bisnis baru.
  • Mengelola seluruh proses penjualan dari awal hingga closing (end-to-end sales cycle).
  • Menjaga pipeline penjualan tetap aktif, sehat, dan terukur.


2. Business Development & Expansion 

  • Melakukan pendekatan proaktif kepada calon klien (cold calling, visit, networking).
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi produk yang tepat.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk (Machinery / Primary Packaging) secara persuasif dan konsultatif.
  • Memperluas market dan meningkatkan penetrasi di sektor industri yang ditargetkan.


3. Account Management & Upselling

  • Membangun hubungan bisnis jangka panjang dengan klien.
  • Mengembangkan potensi account melalui upselling dan cross-selling.
  • Menjadi partner strategis bagi klien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan produksi mereka.



4. Negosiasi & Eksekusi Penjualan

  • Menangani negosiasi komersial secara efektif (harga, term pembayaran, kontrak).
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan deal berjalan lancar hingga delivery.
  • Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan repeat order.



Kualifikasi (Requirements)

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan dari jurusan Bisnis, Marketing, atau Teknik).
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Account Executive / Sales B2B.
  • Berpengalaman di industri Machinery, Primary Packaging menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan memiliki mental closing yang kuat.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan persuasi yang sangat baik.
  • Proaktif, percaya diri, dan memiliki drive tinggi untuk mencapai target.
  • Memiliki kemampuan membangun relasi dan membuka peluang bisnis baru.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile (meeting client / visit).
  • Memiliki mobilitas tinggi, termasuk kemampuan mengemudi kendaraan roda empat dan memiliki SIM A. 
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat.
