QA Department Manager

We are looking for an experienced QA Department Manager with at least 10 years of QA/QC management experience in semiconductor or leadframe manufacturing. The successful candidate will lead the QA function and ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products conform to established specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect and verify products for compliance with approved specifications.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of products produced.
• Lead corrective actions for non-conforming materials, products, customer complaints, and verification findings.
• Determine the appropriate disposition of non-conforming products.
• Review and approve inspected products, direct materials, and packaging materials.
• Qualify inspectors, testers, special process operators, and calibration operators.
• Approve Certificates of Conformance.
• Prepare, review, and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Analyze customer complaints and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Serve as the company's Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR).
• Prepare audit plans and assign lead auditors for internal and external quality and environmental system audits.
• Participate in Management Review Meetings.
• Communicate quality standards and requirements to QA, Production, and other relevant teams.
• Review client, customer, and end-user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course.
• At least 10 years of experience as a QA Manager in a leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing company.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Open to male or female applicants, preferably 30 years old and above.

• Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Risk Management.
• Environmental legal and other applicable organizational requirements.
• RoHS / REACH Environmental Compliance.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to: President

Supervises: QA/QC Section Head/Manager, QS Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, QA/QC Head, Shift OIC/Supervisor, and Inspectors.

Salary & Relocation

Salary is negotiable and may reach up to ?100,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
