Baker Qualifications
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook, or in a similar position.
Knowledge of producing various bakery products, including bread, croissants, Danish pastries, sourdough, brioche, buns, and other baked goods.
Understanding of ingredient weighing, mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing techniques.
Ability to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, proofers, ovens, and other production equipment.
Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Knowledge of bakery ingredients, including flour, yeast, butter, dairy products, and other supporting ingredients.
Ability to maintain consistent product quality, taste, texture, and presentation according to company standards.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to meet production targets.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
