We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving business problems with technology and wants to build impactful internal systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and mobile applications.

• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and databases.

• Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces.

• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.

• Perform system enhancement, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

• Recommend technology improvements and automation opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Experience developing applications from planning to deployment.

• Experience building business applications or internal systems is highly preferred.

• Experience in Retail or F&B industry is a plus.
  

Technical Skills

Front-End

• React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript

Back-End

• Node.js (preferred), Laravel (PHP), ASP.NET Core, or Java Spring Boot

Database

• MySQL or PostgreSQL

• Database design and optimization

Others

• REST API development

• Git version control

• Authentication (JWT/OAuth)

• Basic cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

• Docker is a plus

• Flutter or React Native is an advantage
