Responsibilities:

  • Assist store supervisors in daily operations including sales, inventory, and product display

  • Support sales target achievement and team coordination

  • Deliver excellent customer service and improve in-store experience

  • Participate in store performance reviews and training activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Chinese

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with max. 2 years of experience are welcome

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Fast learner with positive attitude and discipline

  • Willing to be placed in different store locations in Indonesia


Working Hours:

  • MTs will be assigned to various stores and follow store operational schedules: 6 working days and 1 day off per week, 8 working hours per day. Days off may not fall on weekends.
