Job Description:
• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
• Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.
• Preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, dicing meat, or shredding cheese, depending on the type of restaurant where they work.
• Checking food temperatures to ensure that meats have been fully cooked and are safe to eat
• Preparing the grill by cleaning it of grease and debris, and heating it to the appropriate temperature for cooking
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
• Preventing cross-contamination.
• Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable.
• Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
Requirement:
• Minimum Education Vocational High School (SMK) or tertiary institutions with related majors
• Experience as Cook and at least 1 year preferably from F&B
• Ability to speak English
• Have good and clear communication
