Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking products, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager is mandatory, with the ability to manage service delivery, stakeholder expectations, incident handling, and service performance in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Strong experience working in Agile software development environments, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Excellent understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile artifacts, including user stories, product backlog management, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, definition of ready (DoR), definition of done (DoD), and automated testing practices.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
Strong knowledge of API concepts, including RESTful APIs, API integration, JSON/XML, API testing (e.g., Postman), and integration between internal and external systems.
Excellent understanding of banking digital channels, such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Open Banking, Payment Gateway, Virtual Account, QRIS, and other digital financial services.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
