Management Tim : Merekrut, melatih dan mengelola performa Host & Operator straming E-commerce (tiktok & shopee)


Strategi Conten & Rundown: Menyusun konsep, Skrip, dan Rundown live Streaming yang menarik untuk meningkatkan viewers dan GMV


Analisis Data & Optimasi : Menganalisis data harian ( Viewers, engagement, konversi) untuk meningkatkan penjualan


Operasional Harian: Mengawasi Operasional Teknis ( OBS, Equipment, Platform Tiktok Shop & Shopee) agar live berjalan lancar


Campaign Management: Mengelola promosi (iklan) selama live untuk mencapai target penjualan


Kualifikasi


Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Leader / Supervisior di bidang Live Streaming, E-Commerce, dan Digital Marketing


Memahami Algoritma Tiktok Live & Shopee Live


Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan ( Target sesuai dengan KPI)


Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa data di dashboard platform Tiktok Shop & Shopee
