Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury villas/resorts, private yachts, cruise, or high-end travel.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent guest-service mindset with genuine attention to detail.
Good understanding of activities such as diving, snorkeling, excursions, wellness and water sports is an advantage.
Strong coordination skills with Captain, Chef, Cruise Director and onboard crew.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexible to communicate with guests outside normal office hours when required.
Knowledge of Raja Ampat, Komodo, Cenderawasih Bay and other Indonesian cruising destinations would be a strong advantage
