About the role
PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk is seeking a talented AI Full Stack Engineer to join our Technology division based in Banten. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence and software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions, spanning from backend infrastructure to frontend user interfaces. You will play a crucial part in advancing our technological capabilities and driving innovation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full stack AI applications, including machine learning models, APIs, and user-facing interfaces
Build and optimise backend systems using modern programming languages and frameworks to support AI workloads
Create responsive and intuitive frontend applications that effectively present AI-driven insights and functionalities to end-users
Implement data pipelines and data engineering solutions to prepare, process, and manage datasets for model training and deployment
Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to best practices in software development and AI engineering
Troubleshoot and optimise AI applications to improve accuracy, speed, and user experience
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in artificial intelligence and full stack development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Informatics/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack/AI Developer.
Proficient in JavaScript (Express, Next.js, React, Vue) and Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, Flask, Django).
Hands-on experience with LLMs & AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, Ollama).
Familiar with PostgreSQL & MySQL databases, and Redis for caching.
Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Nginx for deployment.
Nice to have: Java (Spring Boot), PHP (Laravel), C++ (FreeRTOS, MQTT, LoRa), Kafka, IoT experience.
Able to deploy & manage both Windows Server and Linux Server.
Fast learner, analytical, strong problem-solver, able to work independently and in a team.
