About the role
The Project Executive, reporting to the Project Director, will support the development and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, primarily Wind Power Projects, Solar PV Power Plant Projects, hybrid renewable projects, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. The role will coordinate engineering studies, consultants, permitting activities, project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project development activities.
Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
Follow up on deliverables from consultants and contractors.
Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
Coordinate wind measurement campaigns, LiDAR, and meteorological mast activities.
Support feasibility studies, grid interconnection studies, environmental assessments, and engineering investigations.
Assist in reviewing consultant, technical, and project reports.
Coordinate with PLN, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
Maintain project documentation and technical records.
Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in project development, infrastructure, engineering, or renewable energy.
Experience in Wind, Solar PV, BESS, or power generation projects is preferred.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management software).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia when required.
