1. Oversee and manage end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Develop and implement HRGA strategies, policies, SOPs, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
3. Lead and supervise recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates based on company needs.
4. Oversee employee administration, including contracts, employee database, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
5. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including employee benefits, BPJS, PPh 21, and compensation management.
6. Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and overall workforce administration.
7. Ensure company compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
8. Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, and resolve industrial relations issues effectively.
9. Oversee performance management systems, employee development, and organizational capability building.
10. Manage and control HRGA budgets, including operational expenses, procurement, and cost efficiency initiatives.
11. Supervise General Affairs operations, including office facilities, asset management, procurement, and vendor management.
12. Ensure proper management of company assets, inventory, office facilities, and operational vehicles.
13. Coordinate and maintain effective communication between departments and Headquarters (HQ).
14. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
15. Support and oversee company events, internal activities, and corporate programs.
16. Prepare and present periodic HRGA reports, analytics, and recommendations to management.
17. Maintain confidentiality of employee data, company information, and sensitive documents.
18. Lead, coach, and develop HRGA team members to enhance performance and productivity.
19. Perform other strategic and operational duties related to HRGA as assigned by top management.
20.Proficient in English and/or Mandarin, with strong communication skills to support coordination with internal stakeholders and Headquarters (HQ).
