Security Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, configure, and manage a variety of security products and services for clients.

2. Deliver Security-as-a-Service solutions, including Anti-DDoS, Network Access Control (NAC), IDS/IPS, NGFW, WAF, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and EDR.

3. Provide managed services support for customers’ security products, ensuring proper operation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

4. Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized security solutions that address their specific needs.

5. Provide recommendations to enhance customers’ security posture and infrastructure.

6. Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, practices, and trends, and apply them to client solutions.

7. Provide first-level support for customers related to information security requests or incidents.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a D3/bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or a related field (strongly preferred).

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4. Basic understanding of the TCP/IP model, including IP addressing, networking, routing, etc

5. Relevant security certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CompTIA, ISC²) is a plus.

6. Familiarity with security products from Fortinet, Palo Alto, Hillstone, or similar is a plus.

7. Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating systems is a plus.

8. Knowledge of cloud and virtual machine (VM) environments is an advantage.

9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.

10. Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

11. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new security technologies and solutions.
