About the Role
We are looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** with a strong background in the **Telecommunications (Telco) BPO industry**. If you have proven leadership experience in quality management and are passionate about driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to achieve performance and quality targets.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance processes and standards.
* Monitor team performance through audits, evaluations, and scorecards.
* Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Partner with Operations, Training, and other stakeholders to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to QA Team Leads and Analysts.
* Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards.
* Prepare quality reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
* At least 2–3 years of recent Telco BPO experience (required).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Experience managing quality metrics, audits, calibration sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience handling the AT&T program is an advantage.**
* Willing to work 100% onsite in TP Davao
