Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a Sales Account. In this role, you'll assist customers with inquiries, provide product and service information, and identify opportunities to recommend solutions that meet their needs. Whether you're starting your career or looking for your next opportunity, we welcome applicants with or without BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
- Recommend products, services, or promotions based on customer needs.
- Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent service.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work onsite at the Cebu Site.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
