Client Support

- Respond to and resolve issues related to system performance, bugs, or user errors.
- Offer training sessions or tutorials for new users to ensure they understand the system.
Maintenance and Monitoring
- Regularly monitor the system’s performance and ensure uptime.
- Apply software updates, patches, or upgrades as needed.
- Troubleshoot system errors or failures promptly.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, updates, and client requests.
- Generate technical reports for internal and client use.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with developers for system improvements or bug fixes.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand and address client feedback.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze client feedback to recommend system enhancements.
