Senior Growth Associate (Online Sales)

Job Requirements :

• 5 years of experience in digital sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, or online F&B growth roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

• Proven track record in managing food delivery platform sales or e-commerce performance marketing.

• Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with dashboards, campaign metrics, and performance reporting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing external platform partners is a plus.

• Self-starter with high ownership, results-oriented mindset, and agility in fast-paced environments.

• Familiar with local Indonesian online food delivery ecosystem and consumer behavior

Job Description :

• Own the end-to-end performance of trade promotions, flash sales, and menu strategies on online platforms (e.g., GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood).

• Develop and execute online channel sales strategies to achieve GMV, order volume, and ROI targets.

• Lead planning and execution of campaign calendars (e.g., payday promos, national events, brand-led activations, & platform campaign).

• Manage day-to-day relationships with online delivery platforms; negotiate visibility slots, co-marketing opportunities, and monitor campaign effectiveness.

• Analyze sales data, campaign results, and user behavior to optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix per channel.

• Work closely with brand team, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, competitor activities, and digital F&B trends to maintain a competitive edge.
