- Job Description:
- Manage and grow TikTok Shop stores across Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam
- Handle daily store operations, including product listings, promotions, campaigns, and store optimization
- Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate activities and creator/KOL collaborations across the three markets
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suitable local TikTok creators
- Monitor and analyze store and campaign performance, including sales, GMV, traffic, conversion, and content performance
- Develop and execute strategies to increase store traffic, sales, and overall TikTok Shop performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and local partners to ensure smooth store operations
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, e-commerce trends, and consumer behavior across Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop stores
- Experience managing multiple markets is highly preferred
- Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate, creator management, and campaign operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve store performance
- Good communication and negotiation skills for working with creators and partners
- Fluent in English; additional Thai, Vietnamese, or Filipino language skills are a plus
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Experience in consumer electronics, computer accessories, or lifestyle products is a plus
- Existing TikTok creator/KOL network in SEA is a strong plus
