As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about telco services.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical or billing concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Work onsite at our Clark facility, collaborating with a supportive team.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Senior HS accepted)
- With or without BPO/call center experience
- Must have laptop/desktop and earphones for assessment
