Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance, Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to manage finance processes, operational reporting, administrative tasks, and customer service escalation handling. This role requires strong finance knowledge, high-level organizational skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Sage Online
  • Monitor accounts receivable, track payments and expenditures, and manage debt collection processes
  • Handle customer service escalations, driver coordination, and supplier communications via phone and email
  • Provide professional and efficient support to customers, internal teams, and operational staff
  • Prepare detailed reports including financial reports, transport compliance reports, and operational call logs
  • Provide executive assistant support including coordination, scheduling, and administrative oversight
  • Process and monitor orders using RJLAsap and internal systems
  • Oversee job closure processes and ensure required purchase orders (POs) are requested and completed
  • Organize and maintain compliance files, scanned documents, and operational records
  • Support continuous improvement of finance, admin, and customer service processes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and debt management
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Online, and similar systems
  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to manage escalations and work in a fast-paced operational environment
