Since our establishment in 2022, we have maintained continuous collaboration and education with local healthcare professionals through domestic and international conferences, the Meet the Master program, and global webinars. We place special focus on enhancing product knowledge and procedural skills in the field of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. We plan to build the CG MedTech Innovation Campus (CIC), a medical device manufacturing facility in Cikarang, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026. This facility will have the capacity to produce 6 million hyaluronic acid fillers annually and will pursue halal certification and local approvals in compliance with Indonesian product protection laws. Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to the health and quality of life of many by combining advanced technology with locally tailored solutions.
Position Overview
The Regional Product Manager (RPM or Field Product Manager) for the Surgical Business Unit will lead regional market expansion and product management across the Jakarta and Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) metropolitan area. This role is responsible for driving new market penetration, establishing strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs) / commercial partners. Furthermore, the RPM will collaborate closely with the Clinical/Medical Affairs team to provide product training and support clinical communication for new product launches across the surgical portfolio.

? Orthopedics & Spine: Bone Graft Substitutes (BMP-2 and Bone Grafts), Spinal Implants, Endoscopy
? Biosurgery: Hemostats / Hemostatic Agents
Key Responsibilities
A. Market Expansion & Commercial Channel Management
Territory Growth: Formulate and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) and product positioning strategies tailored for hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers in Jakarta and the Greater Jakarta area.
CSO & Distributor Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, evaluate, and manage Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs) and sales partners to ensure performance targets and compliance standards are achieved.
Sales Enablement: Equip commercial partners with marketing toolkits, product positioning guidelines, and competitive intelligence.
B. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement & Advocacy
KOL Network Development: Identify, engage, and build long-term academic and clinical relationships with leading surgeons, department heads, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across orthopedics, spine surgery, general surgery, and plastic/reconstructive surgery in Jakarta and metropolitan hospitals.
Academic Programs: Organize and facilitate advisory boards, surgical workshops, clinical symposia, and roundtables to gather clinical feedback and expand product advocacy.
C. Clinical Collaboration & Educational Support
Clinical Training & Education: Partner with internal Clinical and Medical Affairs teams to design and deliver high-impact product training programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospital staff, and CSO sales representatives.
Clinical Communication: Facilitate scientific communication, evidence dissemination (clinical trials, white papers, case studies), and clinical inquiry handling for newly launched surgical innovations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in product management, sales channel management, or business development within the medical device, biopharma, or surgical healthcare industry.
Territory & Domain Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the hospital ecosystem, procurement workflows, and key surgical accounts across Jakarta and the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.
Product Expertise: Hands-on experience or solid understanding in one or more areas: wound care (NPWT), orthopedics/spine implants, endoscopy, bone graft substitutes, Synovial Fluid Replacements, or hemostats.
Channel & Operations: Proven experience managing Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs), external distributors, and working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners.
Language Skills: Professional Working / Business Proficiency in English (capable of participating in cross-border meetings, preparing corporate documentation, and presenting clinical data). Native/Fluent Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is essential for local stakeholder engagement.
Interpersonal & Leadership: Strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and scientific communication skills with surgeons and hospital executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
Proven track record of successfully launching new surgical or biotherapeutic medical devices in the Indonesian market.
Experience managing consigned inventory and specialized surgical instrumentation logistics.
