VP Brand Development & Product Innovation (FMCG Beauty/Personal Care)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Product Innovation, Product Development, R&D, Packaging Development, and Brand Development functions.

• Develop and execute long-term brand strategy, product innovation strategy, and category growth initiatives.

• Drive end-to-end product creation, from consumer insights and ideation through development, commercialization, and launch.

• Build and strengthen category positioning to drive sustainable business growth and market leadership.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of innovation and branding initiatives.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and agility.

• Utilize market, consumer, and commercial data to identify opportunities and optimize product portfolio performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer goods industry

• Proven experience leading end-to-end product innovation and brand strategy

• Strong track record in product development from ideation to commercialization

• Experience building and growing successful consumer brands and product portfolios

• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Experience working in both local and multinational organizations is preferred
