Pre-sales Solution Engineer (Indonesia)

Job Responsibilities:

1、Based on the company's strategic planning and market insights, liaise with client needs, identify project business objectives and technical requirements, prepare project feasibility reports, and develop industry-specific solutions;
2、Participate in the development of project solution specifications, content preparation, presentations/reporting, and solution training;
3、Provide solution support for key accounts and assist in drafting project bid proposals;
4、Communicate with clients on project solutions and conduct product demonstrations;
5、Collaborate effectively with sales, users, R&D, and development teams to refine project solutions.

Qualifications:

1、Proficient in Office and other common office software; clear logical thinking with strong writing skills;
2、Interest in military/defense products (aerospace, gas turbines) and related solutions is a plus;
3、Strong customer service awareness with good verbal communication and expression skills;
4、Strong learning ability, proactive and reflective in self-study;
5、Conscientious and responsible, detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong resilience under pressure;
6、Proficient in both spoken and written English.
