Our subsidiary is focused on selected property development projects. We are hiring an Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager to support finance, accounting, tax, reporting, and cost control for our property development projects.
The role will focus on a high-end residential project in South Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily finance, accounting, and reporting
Prepare cash flow, budget, and monthly financial reports
Monitor project costs, payments, receivables, and budget variance
Review invoices, reimbursements, consultant payments, construction costs, and agent commissions
Coordinate with tax, legal, sales, project, and management teams
Support tax compliance, documentation, and internal control
Qualifications
4–7 years of finance/accounting experience
Property development, real estate, or construction experience preferred
Strong understanding of accounting, tax, budgeting, and cash flow
Good Excel skills and familiar with accounting software
Detail-oriented, honest, structured, and hands-on
