Mascot Brand Representative

At Butter baby, we're more than just a dessert brand—we create joyful and memorable experiences for our customers. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Mascot Representative.

What You'll Do :

• Welcome and engage customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Provide information about Butterbaby's products, promotions, and brand activities.

• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Perform as Butterbaby's mascot during store activities, special events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.

• Interact with customers, families, and children to create fun, memorable, and engaging experiences.

• Represent the brand in a positive and enthusiastic manner while maintaining character consistency.

• Ensure mascot costumes and related equipment are maintained in good condition.

• Support marketing activations, store events, grand openings, and community engagement activities.
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Brand Ambassador, Event Crew, Promoter, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Comfortable interacting with customers of all group, especially families and children.

• Willing to wear a mascot costume during designated shifts, events, and promotional activities.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Basic English communication skills are a plus.

• Will be Placement at Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Barat (Mobile outlet)
