Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece, providing exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry
