- Prepare and mix shisha ingredients in the right proportion
- Organize and fill shisha devices (e.g., tubes, bowls, and hoses) according to quality standards
- Clean and maintain shisha equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and perform minor repairs as necessary
- Manage the inventory of shisha ingredients, including procurement and storage
- Ensure materials are always in stock and inform if there areany new procurement needs
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service inselecting shisha according to their preferences
- Handle customer complaints or problems with professionalism and appropriate solutions
- Comply with hygiene standards and safety procedures in the manufacture and serving of shisha
- Follow applicable health and safety regulations
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Certification in related field (if any) wil be a plus
- Work experience as a shisha maker or in a relevant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of shisha, ingredients and good manufacturing techniques
- Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures relating to the making and serving of shisha
- Ability to communicate well and serve customers ina friendly manner
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Thoroughness and attention to detail in the preparation and making of shisha
- Good manual skills for handling shisha equipment and ingredients
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance and complete minor repairs
