About the role
As a Shisha Maker at PT Hookah Place Partnership, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our vibrant Bali location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality shisha to our guests, contributing to the lively atmosphere of our establishment.
What you'll be doing
Carefully prepare and assemble shisha pipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Provide attentive table service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards
Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest shisha trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a similar shisha-making
Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
