Requirements:
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans covering photos, videos, and short-form content for social media and marketplaces.
- Formulate content concepts including educational, promotional, and storytelling material based on discussions with team leadership.
- Execute content filming and editing (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
- Create simple graphic designs (Instagram feed posts, thumbnails, promotional materials).
- Analyze content performance (reach, likes, views, engagement) and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Creative) and external partners (KOLs, influencers, communities).
- Properly archive all content assets, including raw footage and original video files.
- Continuously pursue self-development and stay updated on the latest digital trends in fashion and social media.
- Ensure all created content reflects professionalism, product uniqueness, and the brand's core values.
- Possess an understanding of fashion retail (specifically women's footwear).
- Prepare reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
